Karma - nothing to fear, but to recognize, learn and heal

 What is Karma?

The word karma comes from Sanskrit and means "deed" or "effect". Karma is a spiritual concept of cause and effect. This means that every physical and spiritual action has a consequence. This consequence does not necessarily have to occur in this life, but can also manifest itself in a future life. For me, karma is the after-effect or reverberation of events from previous incarnations, but also from the present life. Examples are

• "Stuck" contracts, vows, oaths, promises and initiations that have an effect beyond the incarnation in which they were made (a vow of chastity "for all time" from a previous incarnation as a nun, for example, can lead to relationship problems (partnership, business, etc.) in the current life as long as it has not been dissolved)
• Curses, imprecations, magical practices usually lead to some kind of energetic blockages that need to be tracked down
• Negative actions such as abuse, violence or neglect in previous incarnations can lead to self-esteem problems and anxiety in the current incarnation in the former victim with all its effects
• Negative actions such as abuse, violence or neglect in previous incarnations can lead to permanent unspecific feelings of guilt in the current incarnation in the former perpetrator

These are just a few possible scenarios. What they all have in common is that these low vibrational energies and emotions are generally not processed. Emotions are embedded in the body(trapped emotions) and activated in the presence of corresponding triggers, which impairs the quality of life and can even lead to pathogenic energetic imbalances such as chakra and meridian misalignments and much more. This in turn disrupts the supply of vital energy - you feel powerless and weak.

What karma certainly is not!

A widespread misconception is that karma is a punishment from God for unatoned deeds in one incarnation that must be atoned for in the current incarnation. This thought construct has been used by some religious communities to discipline their followers, but it stems essentially from the experience of negative consequences of the energetic disturbances described above due to karmic reverberations.

Healing karma energetically

Energetic karma healing is a very effective and wonderful way to free ourselves forever from old patterns of behavior, beliefs, habits, entanglements and Implications, whether we have created them ourselves, inherited them from others or brought them with us from a previous life.

• Track down the negative karmic issues (usually traceable via the people involved, karma always has participants)
• End oaths, vows, promises and initiations that no longer serve you. To do this, release all those involved.
• Retrieve your own soul fragments that have been karmically lost
• Return foreign soul fragments that are karmically attached
• End and delete curses, spells and imprecations
• Dissolve karmically conditioned belief patterns
• Release embedded emotions from karmic issues
• Clearing energetic imbalances from karmic issues

Absolute no-go's when working with karma

Karma is there for us to learn - we recognize ourselves and can heal ourselves as a result.

 Certainly, additional people are involved in every karma (partly living people in the current incarnation, deceased people from previous incarnations - the people living today are very often reincarnated deceased people from the karmic situation at that time who have come back with us to help us resolve karma) - but we resolve karma for and within ourselves. We never change on the outside, but only within ourselves.

All attempts to influence other people energetically without their consent are generally not permitted. In most cases, it does not work anyway. If it does, it is a blatant violation of the free will of the person concerned - in the simplest case, this creates new, additional karma.

We have now lived 2000 years in the belief that we must wait for a redeemer to set us free - today we know that every person can redeem themselves!
